We are committed to provide a hassle-free and enjoyable shopping experience for you. Kindly read through of the following terms prior to making your purchase. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below.

 

Preorders

No changes will be allowed once payment has been received. Orders without payment will be voided when preorder closes. If the item ordered is out of stock, you can either opt to change to a different item or request for a refund. All orders are estimated to arrive in 10-14 working days after verification of payment. Please order only if you can wait. The estimated arrival dates are for reference only. We are not liable for any delay in shipment but will email you should there be one. Only one address is allowed for each order. Strictly no return of item(s). We will only do an exchange for defective items*.

 

XO, ESTILO reserves the right to close early/cancel any preorder at any point of time.

 

Delivery

Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Singapore). Price of postage includes handling fees. XO, ESTILO will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer/ visitor opt for normal/ regular postage. Meet-ups are only offered subjected to our convenience and availability.

 

Bounded parcels

Customers will be contacted via email should XO, ESTILO receive any bounced parcels bearing their name. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. XO, ESTILO will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer. Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as XO, ESTILO's property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.

 

Return & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return & Exchange policy.

 

Products

Colours of products may differ due to colour calibration of individual’s computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used. Please note that there may be a difference of 0.5”-1” between the item(s) received and the given measurements on our site due to mass manufacturing. We will not be liable should you purchase our merchandise from a third party merchant and will not accede to any request of exchanges or returns if the article was not purchased from us directly from our site.

 

Product Care

You are advised to hand wash all apparels without soaking for the first few washes. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products except those that contain silk, satin and chiffon. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).
