1. How long does payment verification take?

For internet banking transfers via DBS/POSB, payment verification takes 1-2 working days. For interbanking transfers, funds will only be transferred to us within 2 - 3 working days. Thereafter, do give us 1 working day to verify your payment.

 

2. How long does XO, ESTILO take to reply my email?

While we strive to provide you with quality service, do kindly give us 1 working day to reply your email.

 

3. How do I obtain my registered parcel's tracking number?

Your tracking number will be sent to you via email within 2-3 working days once your parcel has been delivered.

 

4. I have not received my normal parcel, what should I do?

Singpost takes 1 - 14 working days to mail the parcel to you. If you do not receive it after 14 working days from date of posting, your parcel might be a lost mail. As it was sent via normal postage, Singpost will be unable to track it. However, you might want to lodge a lost parcel report with Singpost at www.singpost.com.sg.

 

5. How do I make payment for my order?

You will receive an invoice after submitting your order via the order form/email within 1 working day. Please make payment as instructed in the email. For ATM transfers, please attach a clear snapshot of your transaction receipt. (Note: Scanned copies are not allowed.) Please also ensure all required details have been included when you revert with the transaction details.

 

6. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept all payments via DBS/POSB internet banking or atm transfers.

 

7. What if I cannot make payment within the payment timeframe?

Please note that your orders will be cancelled automatically if payments are not made within the stipulated timeframe, unless extension of timeframe is requested beforehand.

 

8. Can I amend / cancel my order after it is placed?

We are sorry but once your order has been placed, you are unable to amend or cancel it.

 

9. What if the item does not fit me?

We do not do exchange for items that does not fit as the measurements are clearly provided on our site. There may be a 0.1″ – 0.8″ difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance will not be considered as a defect.

 

10. What are the things I need to take note of in caring for my purchases?

You are advised to hand wash all apparels without soaking for the first few washes. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products except those that contain silk, satin and chiffon. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).
