 Return & Exchanges. 

 

Out-of-stock item(s) will be fully refunded to customer.

 

All returns and exchanges will be reviewed on a case by case basis and we reserve the rights to exercise discretion in all requests for returns & exchanges. Note that the return and exchange policy is only applicable to purchases made through www.xoestilo.wix.com.

 

In case of item defects, please take clear snapshots of the item and its defects and email us within 2 days of receiving the item(s).

 

All returned products must be in its original packaging and conditional, unworn and unwashed. Returns are accepted within 10 days from date of shipment. Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item.

 

Return postage fee and expenses shall be borne by the buyer. Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. You are strongly encouraged to use a delivery service with tracking capability as we will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange. XO, ESTILO will not proceed on with the return / exchange if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for parcels lost in transit.

 

For items that are deem defected by XO, ESTILO, we will exchange for the same item that is still in stock. In the event that the item is out of stock, we will allow it to be exchanged to another item of equal or higher value (top-up required). Alternatively, a full refund will be issued back to you.

In the event of full refund, the amount for stamp fee and expenses incurred will be deducted from the amount refundable as it is not part of the item's cost.

 

Kindly note that exchange of item will be carried out only if item sent to you is incorrect or defected. There is strictly no refund unless the exact same piece is out of stock.

 

We do not accept requests for returns or exchanges due to:

I. Personal dislike or change of mind.

II. Actual item's design, cutting or colour deviates from personal perception. 

III. Slight colour difference resulting from the difference on individual's monitor.  

IV. Deliberate damage of the item.

V. Minor defects such as loose threads, scratches or slight stains which are not obvious under normal lighting, dropping of buttons which can be sewn on, or any reason that are similar in effect. 

 

Products

Colours of products may differ due to colour calibration of individual’s computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used. Please note that there may be a difference of 0.5”-1” between the item(s) received and the given measurements on our site due to mass manufacturing. We will not be liable should you purchase our merchandise from a third party merchant and will not accede to any request of exchanges or returns if the article was not purchased from us directly from our site.

 

Product Care

You are advised to hand wash all apparels without soaking for the first few washes. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products except those that contain silk, satin and chiffon. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).
