PAYMENT METHODS

Payment are to be completed within 24 hours from date of purchase. Kindly inform us in advance should you require more time to do so.

 

I.POSB / DBS I-Banking

Preferred choice of banking, instant and fuss-free.

We require your i-banking nick, date of transfer, amount and transaction reference number to verify your payment.

 

II.POSB / DBS ATM Transfer

We require a snapshot of the receipt showing the date of transfer, amount and transaction number to verify your payment.

Please keep your receipt until payment has been verified.

 

 

MODES OF DELIVERY (LOCAL)

We will need 1 working day to pack and dispatch your parcel to the selected service provider.

 

I. REGULAR/ NORMAL MAIL

The cost of normal postage is as follows:

Light-weight item: $1 (+$0.50 for every subsequent item)

Apparels: $1.50 (+$0.50 for every subsequent item)

Shoes: $$2 - $3 per item

Bags: $3 per item

Gift items (e.g. Craftholic): $1 - $4 per item

 

All normal parcels will be dispatched via Singpost for mailing. Please allow your parcels 3-7 working days to reach you. Kindly note that the weight limit for normal parcels is at 2kg.

As tracking is not available for this, do note that XO, ESTILO will not be held liable for any lost parcels/ damaged items mailed out via this mode of postage.

 

II. REGISTERED MAIL

Registered mail will be an additional S$2.55 on top of the normal standard mail.

The parcels will be dispatched via Singpost. Kindly note that there is a weight limit of 2kg for any Registered Parcel. Please allow your parcels 3-4 working days to reach you. Your tracking number will be sent to you via email within 2-3 working days once your parcel has been delivered. We would advise you to opt for courier service for heavy/bulky items.

 

III. COURIER SERVICE

The courier will deliver the parcel to your doorstep within the next 2 working days after it has been processed for delivery at a flat rate of $6.50. There will also be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number upon reverting so the courier can reach you in any unforeseen circumstances.

 

IV. MEETUPS

Meet-ups are provided free-of-charge and only for orders above $80, subjected to our convenience and availability.
